Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services booked through this website. By making a booking, these terms are accepted in full.

Booking & Cancellations

All sessions must be booked in advance using the online booking system or as otherwise agreed in writing.

If a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled:

  • At least 24 hours’ notice must be provided before the scheduled session time

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full

If a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by the service provider (for example, due to illness or an emergency), reasonable notice will be given and an alternative time will be offered.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

If payment fails or is reversed, the session may be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Sessions are non-refundable once booked.

If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be rescheduled to a new date at no additional cost.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of non-attendance, the session may be charged in full and will not usually be rescheduled or refunded.

In exceptional circumstances, requests may be considered outside of the standard terms.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and cannot usually be extended.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late without contact, this may be treated as a no-show. The session may be cancelled and charged in full.

No-show sessions are non-refundable and cannot normally be rescheduled.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential.

Information will not be shared with employers, agencies, family members, or third parties unless:

  • Clear written consent has been provided, or

  • There is a legal obligation to do so (for example, where there is a serious risk of harm)

Personal information is used solely to deliver services, manage bookings, and communicate in relation to sessions.

Service Delivery

Sessions are delivered virtually (online) or by phone, depending on the selected service.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable internet or phone connection and, where possible, a private and quiet environment.

The length and format of each session are outlined in the service description at the time of booking.

CV Services

CV updates are typically completed within 5–7 working days from receipt of payment, existing CV, and any requested supporting information.

Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, response times, or the complexity of the service requested.

One round of minor revisions is included within 7 days of delivery.

Email Support Service

Email support responses are typically provided within 48 hours of receiving payment and completed submission details.

This service includes one personalised written response and does not include live call support unless otherwise agreed.

Private Staff Life aims to respond within the stated timeframe wherever possible, though response times may occasionally vary during periods of high demand.
